01. The order

What happens after I place my order?
Once you check out on our website, you will receive an email confirmation. Do check your spam/junk folder as well. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information.

How long is the production time for custom jewellery?
As each custom piece is carefully crafted just for you, this requires extra time to ensure perfection. From precise machine cutting and meticulous factory assembly to thorough final quality checks, the process typically takes 3–4 weeks. This attention to detail ensures a beautiful, lasting piece you’ll treasure.

02. Shipment

When will my order be shipped?
Custom jewellery will require a production time of 3 to 4 weeks and then shipped out after. For all shipping cost related questions, please check out our shipping page.

What happens if my order gets lost?
Please ensure that you provide a safe and accurate shipping address at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit, stolen, damaged, or returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

If you notice that you’ve entered an incorrect address, kindly email us at hello@shopcrimsonandclover.co as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist before your order is shipped.

03. The Jewellery

✦ What materials are used?
316L stainless steel is widely used in fashion jewellery for its durability and hypoallergenic properties. While not a precious metal, it is more resistant to rust, corrosion, tarnishing, fading, and discoloration than silver or platinum, and it won’t turn your skin green. Its affordability also allows us to offer our pieces at accessible prices.

Zircon is a natural gemstone known for its bright sparkle and range of colors. A genuine mineral found in the earth, it has a high refractive index and is durable enough for everyday wear yet offers a more affordable alternative to diamonds.

Our gold- and silver-plated jewellery are not solid gold or silver, and over time, plating may naturally wear or tarnish. To help preserve your jewellery and maintain its finish, we recommend the following care tips:

  1. Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, or exposure to chlorine/salt water.
  2. Take off jewellery before exercising or engaging in activities that cause sweating.
  3. Avoid contact with liquids or substances such as water, makeup, lotion, shampoo, body wash, detergents, or perfumes.
  4. After each use, gently wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth to remove dirt or residue.

04. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Simply reach out through our contact form or email us at hello@shopcrimsonandclover.co with your order number.

Please note that after 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible for custom jewellery, as production would have begun.

Can I refund or exchange my item?
Because each piece is made specially for you, custom jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the rare case of damage or an error on our part.
